Trad has worked in some of Connecticut’s finest area restaurants. He has over twenty years experience as a chef and his innovative and creative cooking techniques have given Ocean Blue Catering the reputation for serving impeccable fine cuisine. Mason Donnel (Executive Sous Chef) is a Johnson & Wales Graduate who is classically trained in fine dining. He was a well known Chef in Palm Beach Florida @ the Beach Club, Quail Ridge Country Club and Palm Beach Club. Mason is a tremendous chef and team player.
