Final Guarantee Number of AttendeesThe guarantee number of attendees must be communicated to the Director of Catering or the
Event Coordinator no later than (10) ten days
prior to your event. The guarantee is not subject
to reduction.
No Outside Food and Beverage
No food or beverage of any kind can be brought
into the Aquarium by the engager, guests or
invitees. Regulations do not permit removal
of food at conclusion of the function.
Payment Procedures
A nonrefundable deposit (for the rental fee) is
required at the time of booking your event.
The remaining balance will be due 10 days
prior to your event.
Cancellation
Deposits are non-refundable.
